Beeline comes to New Zealand

Beeline comes to New Zealand

You may have seen the Beeline navigation devices online, we have in fact been using them for around a year now. They're handy little watch-sized devices, connected to your phone giving you turn-by-turn navigation, we call them "the puck".

Up till now they have only been available from the Beeline website and shipped internationally, but great news! Darbi a.k.a MotoGear.co.nz is now the NZ agent and distributor for Beeline here in NZ. This means that not only will you soon be able to check them out at your local bike shop, but we have local warranty support.

Here's the press release from Darbi Accessories:

Darbi Accessories is proud to announce that they are now the New Zealand distributors of the award-winning Beeline Moto navigation brand, bringing all the benefits of this incredibly easy-to-use and elegant navigation system right to Kiwi riders at their local motorcycle dealer. With a minimal, stylish and robust design featuring IP67 waterproofing and a shockproof construction, the Beeline Moto is up for a moto-adventure in any conditions, both on- and off-road.

User-friendliness is one of the main characteristics of this new navigation choice, which can be securely mounted to any motorcycle in seconds thanks to the simple quick-release twist-lock system and elasticated strap mount that comes as standard with every unit.

Using the Beeline Moto is as easy as fitting it: riders simply need to download the free Beeline app, pair it to the device, choose their destination, and press “go”, all without needing to remove their gloves as the device comes equipped with glove-friendly buttons. A quick start guide is included to make it even easier for every rider.

The back-lit display provides the rider with clean and clear directions in all lighting conditions, making it easy for the rider to follow the navigation instructions on the device. The rider can choose between two navigation modes: Route, which provides turn-by-turn navigation; and Compass, which enables the rider to follow a simple compass heading to reach the desired destination.

The 30-hour battery life and USB charging cable make the Beeline Moto incredibly durable and practical. A 1-year warranty provides peace of mind for users, and free app and software updates ensure that your Beeline experience only gets better as time goes by.

The user interface provides plenty of additional information to the rider thanks to the many features available, such as: speedometer, clock and trip computer, route tracking and sharing, metric and imperial information options and GPX route import option.

The Beeline Moto will be available for purchase at a wide range of physical and online motorcycle parts & accessory retailers NZ-wide later this month, beginning at NZ$369.00.
